Shipping

Prints are made-to-order and take approximately business days for processing. All orders include free carbon-neutral, global delivery with tracking. Depending on the destination address, customs and import duties may be incurred and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Each print is made-to-order. Returns are not guaranteed, but may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to inquire. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours.

If for any reason your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please let us know and we will do our best to repair or replace the piece.

ORIGINALS

Shipping

Each original painting is lovingly hand-packed and shipped directly by me to ensure it arrives safely. Because of the care involved in preparing each piece, please allow 7-14 business days for dispatch.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. International orders are welcome! Depending on the destination address, customs and import duties may be incurred and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, all sales are final. If for any reason your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please let us know and we will do our best to repair or replace the piece.

 

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS (14 Day Right of Withdrawal):

If you are a customer residing in a member state of the EU, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return the item within the 14-day period. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law. This 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to customers within the European Union and does not extend to other customers in other countries.

This right of withdrawal applies only to prints and not original artworks. All original artwork sales are final and exempted from the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU law.
